| COOKIES WITH CHARACTER WHAT COULD BE BETTER THAN A DELICIOUS chocolate chip cookie made with pure love?We at Marius Morsels strive to produce a cookie that has come into the 21st century. We use the finest ingredients to create a cookie that is harmonious and well-balanced. We use fair trade chocolate that is slightly darker and healthier for the heart. Our sugar is a light brown sugar from the island of Mauritius. The butter is an organic European style butter produced on a small family farm in Northern California. The eggs are also organic, free of hormones, and contain Omega-3. The flour is a beautiful organic flour which helps to give the lightness required. Our pecans are harvested on an award-winning farm in central California and the salt we use is mined from a rose quartz mine in Peru. We then add a natural preservative which helps to lower cholesterol. All these ingredients are hand-rolled and slowly baked to achieve the light, crisp texture which has become one of the signatures of Marius Morsels. Each cookie is inspected, then sealed in packages of two to protect its freshness. We then package them in clear boxes of eight or twelve. We also accommodate clients with custom orders that contain more. We believe in our product; therefore, we use custom-made clear boxes so our guests can see what they are getting. This again is one of Marius Morsels' signatures. All these things together bring to our client a sensuous, sexy, and satisfying experience. Marius always suggests smelling the bag once it is opened.
